Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the SaaS platform FiberProjekt, operated by FiberProjekt, Musterstraße 1, 12345 Berlin, Germany.

The contract is formed by registering and confirming a subscription through our platform. After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email.

Current prices are available on our pricing page. Payment is processed through our payment provider Paddle. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

The subscription can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is possible through your account or by email to info@fiber-ops.de.

We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are breached.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is Berlin, Germany.
